The objective of this project was to design an informational brochure for B1 Group, a property development company in Sydney to promote a luxurious residential development to its potential investors. The brochure covers relevant information, including the dwelling's floor plans, location, features, surroundings and more.

I worked closely with the client directly to source the images and copy then proceeded with designing the layout. This project was completed in about 3 days as it was an urgent last minute client request.
